Quite simply, if you train with me, I’ll do my best to get you where you need to be based on where you currently are.

Everyone is different and subsequently has different needs. So I’ll design and help you implement your program based on your unique situation.

 

Perhaps you’re looking to shed the “baby fat” or “spare tire” that has acculumated since your younger days? I’ll make things simple for you: I’ll put together and supervise you in an exercise program that’ll require a mere 1/84 th of your week, tell you what to eat and what not to eat, and be a source of scientific information on fat loss. We’ll take stats of your progress so you don’t get discouraged when there’s no apparent weight loss (at least, on the scale). I’ll help keep you motivated and honest to yourself. And I’ll be the first to high-five you when you’ve smashed your goals.

 

Already hurt or injured? I can design a program to help strengthen you and, in some cases, reduce or minimize the pain you're experiencing.  I'll work in concert with your physical therapist, doctor, or other health professional to insure your fastest recovery.

 

Got a big event (triathalon, golf tournament, pick-up basketball game) coming up and looking to excel? I’ll use the latest information in sports science and research studies to design and implement a program for you that will:

  • Measurably improve all attributes that matter: power, speed, strength, endurance, etc.
  • Train appropriate energy systems for your sport to maximize performance
  • Minimize injury potential to keep you on the field and out of the doctor’s office
  • Incorporate sufficient recovery so as not to interfere with your skills training
